David is a senior executive with 40 years of experience in outsourcing, consulting and entrepreneurial business. He has worked with start-up technology companies all the way to large global technology companies. His primary focus is in strategy, product and services development, implementation, operations, sales, marketing, scalability and on-going sustainability. He is skilled in working in complex environments where there are multiple partners involved in the process. He gained his experience in selling, deal making, executive management and running large operations with companies such as Accenture, BearingPoint, TPI/ISG, Perot Systems and SHL Systemhouse. He has spent the last 12 years consulting to large technology companies and leading technology startup companies. He was the Past Chairman of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).

Karl has over 35 years of experience in the areas of software development, systems design and architecture, software performance and complex application integration. Karl has worked extensively in the area of customer analytics, having been part of the team that developed IBM’s SurfAid Analytics supporting the Sydney Olympic games and being part of the team that developed the Coremetrics web analytics product. He has worked with customers worldwide in the domains of Online Commerce, Order Management, Customer Analytics, Electronic Payments, Application Modernization and Cloud migrations, assisting clients successfully transform their business. Karl has been with IBM for over 30 years. He served as the Chief Architect for the Global Consumer Industry, and as the CTO for the Retail Industry within IBM’s Systems and Technology Group. Karl has co-authored over twenty-five software patents and is recognized by IBM as a Master Inventor.

Mark has 30 years executive experience providing transformational services to Fortune 500 companies utilizing consulting, outsourcing, application development, integration, DevOps and managed services. Mark has extensive business operations experience ranging from a successful start-up company to opening new markets for technology enabled service companies. He has also deployed and operated enterprise architecture for Global Fortune 500 companies and lead delivery of global billion-dollar outsourcing deals. Mark’s applied technology experience includes: Enterprise Applications, Service Oriented Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Computing, Advance Analytics, Internet-of-Things, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence. Mark’s practical industry experience includes: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Travel, Transportation and Hospitality. Mark has held senior leadership positions as President of US Operations for HCL-Perot Systems, Senior Executive at Accenture, Regional Vice President of Latin America for Hogan Systems, Chief Technology Officer for TrinityRail, and is a Mentor to Technology Start-Up companies.
